Approach

Max Factor brand soul has been to prepare and provide women for stage. While conserving this, I decided to rebrand Max Factor from a career and entrepreneurial stand point. As a result, the new Max Factor is driven by women’s empowerment and gender equality.

The process is divided into three main guides, Visual Strategy, Visual Development and Visual Standards guide. The Visual Strategy Guide introduces as well as dissects the brand’s core values, establishing a target audience. The Visual Development Guide focuses on the brand’s new identity through three main camps of sketches and further refinements. Finally, the Visual Standards Guide showcases the new logo uses, color palette, typography and establishes guidelines on the appropriate use of these.
